GoodGuides™

The GoodGuides™ Youth Mentoring Program helps young people ages 14-17 to build career plans and skills, prepare for school completion, post-secondary training and productive work by providing structured and supportive relationships with trusted adult mentors. Goodwill recruits, trains and supervises community-based mentors, who meet with youth individually and in groups. The program focuses on youth at risk for delinquency due to factors such as abuse, homelessness, family violence, substance abuse and gang membership. The program also serves youth with disabilities and adjudicated youth.
Sometimes, all it takes to keep a youth on the right path is a trusted guide, a mentor. Could you fill that role?
We provide the training and support you need to help teens finish school and transition into productive careers. With your help, we can help guide at-risk youth away from trouble and toward a better future.
