New collateral

You will be receiving a box of new marketing collateral which includes the face masks mentioned below. The box contains NEW general brochures, one acrylic brochure stand. and a VIP Shopper ballot box with sign-up pads.
Instructions:
General Brochures
Please discard all brochures you have on hand and replace them with the new brochures. We have changed the content significantly so the old version is obsolete.
Acrylic Brochure Stand
Please replace any damaged or worn stand with the new stand. You should have a brochure stand at two of your cash wraps.
VIP Shopper ballot box and sign up pads
Please replace any damaged or worn ballot box with the new box. You should have a ballot box at two of your cash wraps.

Halloween Face Mask Promotion
A shipment of Halloween Face Masks is on it's way to your store! We are advertising a special promotion for this Saturday, October 24th.
Starting at 10am on Saturday, shoppers can request a Halloween mask with their purchase. Everyone who is with that shopper is eligible to receive a mask.
Example: A mother with 3 children makes a purchase. All 4 of them can receive a free mask. The quantity is very limited. Each store will receive appx 80 masks so we expect you'll give them all away quickly. But, we hope it's fun and perhaps will drive a bit of opening traffic to your location. Ideally, you will hold the masks for shoppers who are aware of the promotion and actually request a mask(s) rather than openly offering them to every shopper. Email Pam Russom if you have questions.

Install "Temporary Hours" vinyl label
Instructions:
We have created a vinyl label to replace the current paper sign. Labels will be sent out to stores starting October 5th.
This label will be placed on the exterior of your glass to obscure the old hours of operation. It's a semi-permanent solution and is intended to reduce the amount of signage you have hanging at your entry.
Step one: remove and discard all 11" x 8.5" Temporary Hours paper signs.
Step two: Clean the exterior of your window (where your permanent store hours are)
Step three: Peel just a few inches of the backing from vinyl label and place the edge of the label on the glass.
Step four: Slowly apply the label using your hand or straight edge object to adhere it to the glass. Take your time and take care to hang it straight. The material is somewhat forgiving and if you're careful you may be able to reposition it if needed.

Update Disclaimer on Halloween Signage

Instructions:
Using a black sharpie pen (or black electrical tape), please mark out the text, “after 10/27/20” on all Halloween pricing sign inserts and on the front door sign. Remember to mark both sides of each sign. After you’re done, the corrected disclaimer should read: “No discounts or coupons on Halloween merchandise. No returns”
