Imagine going into an interview already prepped with the skills and training you needed for the job. That knowledge would put you in a way better position than other candidates! Preparing individuals for a call center career is the focus of Goodwill’s Call Center Training Program. It is a free three-week training course specially designed to prepare individuals for the role of a call center customer service associate. We saw the need and opportunity to provide specialized training in the call center field. The resulting program, which held its first training class in July of 2016, also provides participants the opportunity to meet face-to-face with Call Center Human Resource representatives looking for employees with skilled training. And like all Goodwill services, the Call Center Training Program is provided free of charge to New Mexicans.
