Why Have We Closed?
In response to increasing COVID-19 concerns, the difficult but appropriate, decision was made to close Goodwill retail stores, training centers, and administrative offices to ensure the safety and health of customers, participants, and employees. Read more here.
Are We Taking Donations?
No, Goodwill retail stores and donation centers are closed temporarily, but donations will be more important than ever when we resume operation. We are asking the community to hold on to their items until then. Find more donation info here.

What We Do
At Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, we’re more than just a thrift store. We’re a local, nonprofit agency that helps New Mexicans find jobs and gain access to specialized social services. Our free programs and services are funded primarily by revenue generated through the sale of donated clothing, housewares, furniture and more through our 16 stores and 15 donation centers.
How We Do It
Every time you make a donation or a purchase in one of our stores, you help someone secure community employment or gain access to social services. Learn more about the life of a Goodwill donation.
