We’ve already proven the model:
- Our pilot Solar Installer Training Program achieved a 92% completion rate.
- 100% of participants were low-income, and more than half were formerly incarcerated.
- 74% of graduates are now earning $18–$22/hour—well above the state minimum wage.
- And we did it all in a temporary space.
