STEP TWO

    GoodDeeds Agreement  

    By submitting this form you agree to adhere to all GoodDeeds Guidelines.  You understand that failure to follow these quidelines may result in nonpayment.  Your event date is not guaranteed until this agreement has been submitted. 
    ​The undersigned parties, Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) and ORGANIZATION (see participating organization name listed below), enter into an agreement under the following terms:                                                                                                                   
    Enter the same organization name you submitted on your application.
    ORGANIZATION will undertake a donation drive event, for the purpose of gathering gently-used items from its constituents at this date(s) and time(s):

    YOUR EVENT DATES AND TIMES WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED IF THE INFORMATION BELOW DOES NOT MATCH OUR RECORDS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR APPROVED SCHEDULE PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR GOODWILL REPRESENTATIVE.

    The address where the event is to be held.

    Agreement Terms and Organization Guidelines

    Under this agreement, GINM will provide the following:  
    1. Fifteen (15) rolling bins unless otherwise coordinated with GINM Transportation, in writing, no less than seven (7) days prior to event date. 
    2. A paid fee of $50* per full rolling bin. *A bin filled to the top with “ACCEPTED ITEMS” donations is considered “full”.
    3. Paid fee will not apply to bins containing items listed below as  “NOT ACCEPTED”.  
    4. Sorting labels for all bins.
    5. 8.5” x 11” branded flyer template to promote your event.
    6. Delivery and pickup of bins approximately 30 minutes before (or after) your event, respectively.  ​
    Under this agreement, ORGANIZATION will provide the following:
    1. Items gathered from its constituents during the donation drive.
    2. Promotion of the donation drive to its members/staff/students and others in the surrounding community.
    3. Necessary staff and/or volunteers to work the donation drive.
    4. Donation sorting into these categories: hardlines, softlines and e-waste. (instructions attached)
    5. Primary organizer contact name, phone and e-mail address.
    6. Primary on-site contact name and mobile number. (day of the event)
    7. Mailing address and special instructions for payment.
    8. Signed agreement.
    9. Copy of IRS W-9 form.
    Under this agreement, ORGANIZATION will have sole legal responsibility for donated items until they are transferred to GINM. 
    Under this agreement, GINM has final approval on any promotional material created for this donation drive where the Goodwill name and/or logo appears.
    Under this agreement, BOTH PARTIES agree to maintain confidentiality with regards to the following aspects of the donation drive: 
    • Rate of payment per bin 
    • Exact bin size and specifications
    • Total bins collected from an organization

    • Linens/towels 
    • Jewelry/handbags/belts/clothing accessories 
    • Collectibles/art 
    • Toys, sporting equipment 
    • Tools 
    • Home décor/houseware/kitchenware 
    • Small appliances (blenders, toasters, vacuums, hair dryers and others)

    Picture
    • Large appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, freezers and similar)
    • Televisions 
    • Large furniture  
    • Baby items (cribs, car seats, walkers, high chairs, bouncers and similar)
    • Weapons (firearms, ammunition, knives, decorative swords and similar)
    • Tires or auto parts 
    • Chemicals including paint, solvent, oil, fuel, and aerosols 
    • Building materials 
    • Medical supplies or equipment 
    • Food or beverages 
    • Mattresses or box springs

    Submitting this form indicates your acceptance of the GoodDeeds Agreement Terms and Guidelines.
