At any given time, thousands of those positions can be open and employers are eager to meet qualified candidates. Are you ready for a new career? Would you like to be prepared to get the job you really want? Then our newest free community program might be perfect for you! The Call Center Training Program is a free, 3-week training course designed to prepare individuals for an exciting new job as a call center customer service associate. Individuals will receive specially designed training in personal, professional and technical skills to prepare them for a position with a local call center. Training sessions will be held Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm at our Goodwill Training Center located at 1021 Venada Plaza Dr in Bernalillo. This first session begins on July 11, 2016. Interested? In-person registration for the first 3-week session will be held on June 27 and 28 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Goodwill Training Center.
