​Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is proud to announce the completion of our new Goodwill GoodThreads store and Call Center Training location in west Albuquerque, NM near the intersection of Alameda and Ellison Road.  GoodThreads is different from every other Goodwill location. The contemporary urban atmosphere offers racks and racks of designer merchandise, jewelry, accessories, and shoes. Shoppers will find hand-selected merchandise marked at amazing prices. 

Beyond an amazing clothing selection, this facility also features an advanced learning center for our Call Center Training Program.  Goodwill’s Call Center Training Program is a free training course specially designed to prepare individuals for the role of a call center customer service associate.
